In the second weekend of January 2025 we organise a free workshop as an introduction to a new and special meditation technique: Dynamic Pranava Meditation.
This meditation technique is suitable for beginners, but will also have a lot in store for experienced meditators and spiritual practitioners. It is a great introduction to approaching life from an angle of energy, as well as deepening your experience of energy.
What does this mean and why is this beneficial to me?
Approaching life from an angle of energy means you become progressively able to see and understand general patterns in your inner life as well as in daily reality. In everything that we do and in everything we are — and likewise in everything that others do and are — such patterns are working out. Everyone can learn to do this.
Until now you have probably experienced such patterns as something very abstract. This meditation technique can help you make them more and more concrete. From this level, all layers of life gradually become much more simple and straightforward. Solutions to problems of clarity, vitality and balance can be much more easily found. Helping you untangle, unravel and unwind into greater love, peace and joy.
All of this doesn’t happen instantly of course, but first glimpses can be caught early in the process. Healing takes time, but if practised correctly and regularly this meditation method will start to deepen your process.
Why is it called Dynamic Pranava Meditation?
Firstly, it is a meditation technique, which you already read earlier in this description.
Secondly, the word ‘pranava’ is a name for the mantra ‘AUM’. This mantra represents the three main energy patterns (gunas) we can use to understand reality. Using this mantra in a certain way (the way we will teach you) will sensitise you to sensing / seeing / feeling / hearing these three gunas everywhere, whether inside or outside yourself.
Thirdly, this certain way in which we meditate on the mantra AUM is very dynamic. As we move from one part of the mantra to the next, in cycles, repetitively. While discerning between four different layers within each part of the mantra.
It is also called dynamic because after mastering the technique with the mantra to a certain point, the pranava can be changed into any subject of your choosing. Turning it into a powerful tool for cultivating deep understanding of any subject through meditation. Making it especially attractive for practitioners with a keen intelligence.
Contents of the workshop
We will start with a theoretical introduction into energy. Making you familiar with a small set of terms that helps us to talk about our experiences with energy, making them less abstract, more concrete.
Then, we will focus briefly on how to discern between four major layers of our consciousness.
Having done so, and after some simple instructions, we will practice the technique together for about 20 minutes. After which we will all — in turns — share our experiences during the meditation.
Finally, we will discuss questions and remarks that have come up after while sharing after the meditation. Ending the session around 22.00h.
The Facebook event page can be found here. You can also RSVP at the Higher Mantra Cloud Community.
