Training Programmes

For those of you who are looking for a full, in depth perspective on spiritual development, and who are interested in working on every aspect of themselves, we have our training programmes.

These training programmes are a form of Higher Learning and are esoteric in nature — meaning that they contain teachings that go beyond what the masses of spiritual seekers are looking for. According to Oxford Languages, esoteric means “intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with a specialized knowledge or interest.” . While its opposite is exoteric:intended for or likely to be understood by the general public.”

This means these training programmes are for those seekers who want to ‘go all the way’ and those who want to secure a strong foundation or thorough approach. It matters little how experienced you are when you start these programmes, although they are likely to appeal slightly more to advanced.

What you will learn is really a complete system of spiritual practice, supplying you with a vast number of techniques and approaches for mastering every level of your consciousness. It therefore goes quite beyond what even most Yoga Teacher Trainings teach.

Our specific approach in this intensive training has two main pillars — Varṇa Yoga and Rāja Yoga — and leads to the mastering of the more subtle regions of the esoteric science of Mantra Yoga. Due to its special character, that focusses on working with the essential energy pattern inside all things, it is called the Rainbow Path

These essential patterns lay bare the differences in character behind all things, revealing all of life to secretly be a majestic interplay of seven different colours. Or, in another analogy, to be a beautiful song made up of variations of the seven different notes. This may sound poetic, but is more practical than one is likely to assume. And it leads to insight into all parts of ourselves, into the natural world and into creation in the broadest sense.

After the previous paragraphs it may not come as a surprise that these programmes combine a full Yogic training with contemplative work with Sound, Speech & Colour. It contains practical work to be done in daily life and on the meditation pillow, theory and philosophy.

While some singing is involved in these practices, it doesn’t require a golden voice or any previous singing experience, as the mental side of the practice is what counts and, while it certainly develops the quality of your voice, this physical is much less important. However, tone-deafness and colour-blindness can be a hindrance. If they are the case, please contact us before you enrol.

This online programme is open for enrolment now. Much more information about it is found on the website of our daughter organisation, the Higher Mantra Cloud Community.
